This returns policy is only applicable for orders made on the Mr. Banknotes website. In general, we do not provide any refunds unless an incorrect or damaged product has been sent to you. All care has been taken to make sure that the items leave our warehouse in good condition. Slight variance and minor handling marks, folds, creases, dents or scratches do not qualify as a reason for returning the products.
Requests for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of the product. Products must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and must not have obvious signs of use. You will need to bear the return shipping costs in full, unless the return is due to our mistake and within our control. You are also responsible for the returned product until we receive it.
Promotional and clearance items cannot be returned. Delivery and payment processing charges which have been incurred cannot be refunded. When we offer free or subsidised delivery fees, we reserve the right to subtract the full delivery expenses from the refund amount.
After we receiving the returned product, we will at our discretion provide an exchange or replacement, or issue a refund or credit. For bank transfer payments, website credits will be provided as we cannot determine the origin of funds. For card payments, any refunds must be made to the same payment card. If your payment card has expired, the refund will either be made your replacement card or given as website credits. Upon refund, the credit amount is usually reflected by your card provider within 7 to 12 working days.
