How do I make payment on your website?
The items on our website are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). To help us process your order in the shortest possible time, you can make payment directly on our website using either a credit card or a debit card. Our payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not retain your credit or debit card details on our servers.
For bank transfer, orders will only be processed after the full amount has been received. Please send us a screenshot of the transaction together with the order number to help us verify your payment. If you are transferring funds from abroad, you will need to bear any inward fees which are imposed by our bank.
How will I receive my items?
Once we confirm your order, the items will be packed and sent out at the earliest possible time from our Singapore warehouse. For local addresses in Singapore, it normally takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery. For addresses outside of Singapore, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are determined by the weight of the package, and may vary from country to country. It will be added to the total price of the products.
For orders outside of Singapore, customs charges may be imposed on your package when it reaches the destination country. We are required by law to declare the contents and value of the items, but we cannot provide an estimate of the customs charges.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will not be able to refund any delivery and payment processing charges that have been incurred.
Why hasn’t my order arrived?
During the festive periods and due to other circumstances beyond our control, your delivery may take longer than usual. If you need the items urgently, please let us know us so that we can make the best possible arrangements. Additional fees may apply depending on the delivery option.
